Primary Care Service

About the Program

Primary Care Service provides comprehensive health care to elegible veterans with medical problems, and refers patients to sub-specialty clinics when indicated. Also, provides comprehensive primary care and preventive care to women. Patients enrolled in each Primary Care Team receive continuous accessible, timely, and coordinated health care.

Primary Care Health is compossed of the following:

  • Primary Care Physician
  • Nurse Practitioner
  • Nurse Staff
  • Clinical Pharmacyst
  • Social Worker
  • Dietitian
