VA Caribbean Healthcare System
The Caregiver Support Program (CSP) is a program of Comprehensive Assistance that provides a monthly stipend, health coverage, mental health counseling, continuous education and travel benefits to the Caregivers of qualifying* Veterans that were injured in the line of duty on or after September 11, 2001.
*Veteran must be diagnosed and receiving medical treatment at the VA hospital specifically for service connected injury or trauma.

If you are the Family Caregiver of a Veteran who was injured post-9/11, you may be eligible for additional services through VA, including a stipend, comprehensive training and medical coverage through VA if you are not already covered by a plan.
